Spring 2024 Training Camp

The CBO Training package offers 2-month group training. There is one weekly session each week for 8 weeks. We put students in groups of 10-15 and train in a team-like fashion to develop our students skills. We create a team environment around our students to give them game-like repetitions and grow their team basketball knowledge.
